Arts Recovery Fund
A subgranting program for Local Arts Agencies through the National Endowment for the Arts American Rescue Plan
North Country Arts Recovery Fund grants support eligible organizations and jobs in the arts sector that have been impacted by the Coronavirus pandemic. This grant funding is provided through the National Endowment for the Arts American Rescue Plan (NEA ARP) Subgranting for Local Arts Agencies program and is administered by the St. Lawrence County Arts Council, SLC Arts.

Upcoming Info Sessions
Free, informational sessions are scheduled, for April and May, to give applicants an opportunity to review guidelines and ask questions. Subgrantee (Recipient) Responsibilities & Resources:
Credit the grant correctly:
“[Organization Name] is supported in part by American Rescue Plan funding, through SLC Arts, which receives support for the National Endowment for the Ats, a federal agency.”
Notify SLC Arts as soon as possible if any changes need to be made to your program.
All grant recipients must fill out a W-9 Form
Survey your audience (not required, but encouraged): Audience Survey Form
Submit a final report. We will post the final report link in July.
