The former Managing Editor of the Ogdensburg Journal and Advance News, Reagen is the author of Hookers, Hoodlums and Heroes, Booze, Badboys and Bootleggers Vol. 1 and 2, Warriors of La Presentation and Fort Oswegatchie.
