Kinds of complaints:

• plagiarism/artist integrity
• obscene/hateful/controversial

Artistic Conduct Committee (ACC)– The committee will be comprised of the Executive Committee of the BOD. The committee will meet on a needs-only basis. 

Step 1– Complaint is submitted

Step 2– Artistic Conduct Committee is informed of the complaint and the form is delivered. 

Step 3– The committee schedules a meeting to make a decision about the artwork/artist in question. This meeting can occur in person, virtually, or via email as per the committee’s needs. 

Step 4– A final decision about the artwork in question will be made based upon the mission and values of the organization and carried by the committee. 

Step 5– The chair of the committee will reach out to the complainer with a final decision.
