Women of the North Country Speaker Series with Tracy Wanamaker

Join SLC Arts as we celebrate women in the North Country! Come hear the stories of our neighbors and learn about living and thriving up north.
The suggested donation is $5, pay what you can, or bring a personal hygiene/cleaning item, a portion of the proceeds and all items will be donated to the Renewal House. No one will be turned away for lack of funds. PRIORITY ITEMS: bath towels, wash cloths, bedding, size 5 & 6 diapers, shampoo, conditioner, women’s razors.
Tracy S. Wanamaker, MT-BC is a Visiting Instructor at the Crane School of Music where she coordinates the Music in Special Education Program. Ms. Wanamaker received a Bachelor of Music in Music Therapy from Shenandoah University in Winchester, VA and a Masters of Science in Special Education from SUNY Potsdam.
Ms. Wanamaker is a board-certified music therapist with over 20 years of experience working in a wide range of clinical areas including special education, adults with developmental disabilities and dementia care settings. In addition to her duties at Crane, she maintains a private practice in Northern New York, where she works in a wide range of clinical areas including special education, adults with developmental disabilities, and dementia care providing both individual and group music therapy sessions.
