Hooks and Needles: Textile Guild

Calling all fiber friends!  Please come join our new group meeting at The Creative Spirit Arts Center every other Thursday evening.  If you work with threads or yarns, beads or batts, textiles old or new, we would love to meet you!Bring your own projects and see what others are working on. Be prepared to brainstorm, troubleshoot, collaborate & scheme!  As the Creative Spirit Arts Center grows, we will help build a space where textile artists can work, teach and exhibit with other artists as we merge tradition & innovation.We hope to include bead weavers & embroiderers, sewists & menders, knitters, tatters & crochetists, weavers, spinners, dyers & felters, quilters & embroidery artists in our guild.  Textile adjacent artists are also welcome. (ie;  paper & book makers, wire workers…).

All ages & skill levels are welcome.

Children should be accompanied by an adult.

Free will donations to support the Arts Center are encouraged.
