Registration options
on-line, or
by phone: 315-265-6860 (Please tell us which class you want to register for, and give us your name and your phone number. If you are registering for a child please tell us the parent's name and the child's name and age.)

Payment options
1) Paypal through our website (this option is available after you use our online registration form);
2) credit card (Mastercard, Visa, or Discover) by phone at 315-265-6860;
3) check mailed to SLC Arts Council, 51 Market Street, Potsdam 13676;
4) in person by credit card, cash, or check at 51 Market Street, Potsdam;
5) when you arrive at the class by cash or check.

Make sure to let us know if you are an SLC Arts Council member when you register - members save 5% off class fees! Anyone can join the Arts Council at any time!

Accessibility Matters!
If you need assistance: Aides and assistants may attend classes at no extra charge in order to help you during any class. Please let us know in advance if you will be bringing an assistant so we can make sure there is enough room for everyone.
Wheelchair access: We are completely wheelchair accessible and have accessible bathroom facilities. The second floor of Downtown Snell Hall is accessible by elevator.
We are dedicated to making our classes, events, and programs accessible to everyone. Please let us know if there is anything we can do to make it easier for you to attend and participate.

Cancellation Policy
> If WE have to cancel a class: Occasionally we have to cancel a class due to bad weather, illness, or inadequate number of registrations. In the event of a cancellation we will notify you by phone or email as soon as we know. If you have already paid for a class that is canceled we can either refund your fee, or give you a store credit that can be used for a future class, a membership, or a purchase in the gift shop. We'll try to contact you if the class you were planning to attend is offered again at a future date.
> If YOU have to cancel: If you will not be able to attend a class you are registered for please contact us as soon as possible by phone or email so we can open the spot for another participant. If you have already paid for a class that you can't attend please note that we may not be able to refund your fee, or give a store credit if you cancel within a week of the class.
